Many times there is a misunderstanding by people in general as to what actually causes panic attacks. While we have to admit at the outset that panic attacks can be caused by chemical imbalance due to other medical factors, there are other interesting theories that come to light as research is done and a greater understanding of the condition becomes apparent.
I came across this interesting video by Dr Hotze, where he explains the hormonal impact upon the lives of people when ‘progesterone levels can cause estrogen dominance, leading to anxiety and panic attacks. This can safely be treated with bioidentical progesterone.’

A lot of people, especially those who suffer panic attacks, are wondering if there are panic attack cures. Let’s just put things this way, panic attack is like a sleeping giant which can be awaken by certain circumstances.
