Many times there is a misunderstanding by people in general as to what actually causes panic attacks. While we have to admit at the outset that panic attacks can be caused by chemical imbalance due to other medical factors, there are other interesting theories that come to light as research is done and a greater understanding of the condition becomes apparent.
I came across this interesting video by Dr Hotze, where he explains the hormonal impact upon the lives of people when ‘progesterone levels can cause estrogen dominance, leading to anxiety and panic attacks. This can safely be treated with bioidentical progesterone.’

Very nice website, I don’t believe Dr Hotze that much. Yes, hormones have a little to do with panic attacks. But, I would focus more on cognitive thinking.

Thank you Robert for your thoughts and input. Maybe because you are a male you don’t believe Dr Hotze perhaps?
