I have been suffering from panic disorder with agoraphobia for years, and I have found that the most effective treatment is not medication, but cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). During CBT, a therapist will help you evaluate your thoughts (cognitive) and your actions (behavioral) and by changing your thoughts, change your actions, and stop the panic before it starts. Panic disorder is NOT just a "chemical imbalance" in the brain like some doctors write it off to be – it is an entire mental process. By changing your mental process, you can end the panic for good.

Hiya, I am really glad I have found this information. Nowadays bloggers publish just about gossip and net stuff and this is really frustrating. A good site with exciting content, that’s what I need. Thanks for making this web site, and I will be visiting again. Do you do newsletters? I Cant find it.
